Nestled between the Tallebudgera and Currumbin Creeks and with an array of parkland and natural reserves, the suburb of Elanora offers a recreational playground for the large number of families who occupy the area. Hilltop, lakefront and riverfront homes are obviously the most sought after, which is reflected in higher prices at these locations. In particular, houses on Doubleview Drive are of a very high quality and offer remarkable outlooks over Palm Beach and south to Currumbin Beach. The suburb enjoys quick and easy access to the Gold Coast Highway and the Pacific Motorway and local buses regular service the area. Retail facilities are conveniently located at The Pines Shopping Centre and 19th Avenue Shopping Centre.
